g118 applies Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification to all accounts as part of its obligations under international gaming authority standards and responsible gaming best practice. Verification may require the submission of government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of the payment methods used. g118 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity pending the completion of KYC verification.
All transactions on the g118 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). g118 supports the following payment methods for players in Malaysia: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, FPX Online Banking, direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal limits may vary by account tier and verification status; VIP account holders are subject to higher withdrawal thresholds as set out in the applicable VIP programme terms.

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. Players must complete the wagering requirement within the validity period stated; bonus funds not utilised within this period will be forfeited without notice.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any g118 content without prior written authorisation from g118. Unauthorised use of g118 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g118 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
g118's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
g118 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
g118 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or where continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to g118.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, all pending bonus balances and uncleared bonus funds shall be forfeited. Verified real-money balances held in your account at the time of termination shall be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to g118's right to withhold funds pending the resolution of any outstanding investigations.
You may close your g118 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.
g118 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, g118 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, by notifying registered Players via the email address associated with their account.
Your continued use of the g118 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which g118 holds its operating authorisation, as updated from time to time. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral authority.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, g118 and the Player agree that either party may seek interim injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the conclusion of arbitration.
